Managing Difficult Behavior and Conflict at Work

Conflict at work is inevitable and can quickly escalate due to difficult behavior.  Whether between personality or priorities, leaders must be clear about what is most important and ensure relationships are maintained by addressing conflict and difficult behavior quickly.  Focus in this session will be practical advice for addressing situations at work and finding resolution in even some of the toughest situations.  In addition to interpersonal conflict, participants will be able to review ways to identify difficult behaviors and have conversations in order to either get the undesirable behavior to stop or limit its impact on everyone else. In this class, the contributors to negative behavior and what actions can be taken to reduce the negative impact are discussed.
