Nurse Aide State Computer Based Competency Exam

This 100 multiple choice computer based exam tests basic skills and knowledge of a nurse aide seeking employment in a long-term care facility. This test has a 2-hour limit and has a test proctor. To register for this test you must know your social security number. You must have and show a photo ID to the test proctor prior to your exam.

Registration closes by 4pm 2 days prior to start date. • Exam candidates cancelling or rescheduling 48 hours prior to the exam, will be charged a fee. • Exam candidates cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of the exam, will not be issued a refund. Those exam candidates will be responsible for paying for the new exam. • Exam candidates will not be issued a refund for missed exams.
