Nurse Aide State Skills Competency Exam: Cancellation/Reschedule

Participants for the Nurse Aide Skills Competency Exam will be required to give at least 48 business hours notice if rescheduling or cancelling testing. Those exam candidates must pay a rescheduling or cancelling fee to receive an exam refund, reschedule an exam, or to avoid paying for a new exam date. The transaction fee must be completed within 48 business hours prior to exam to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
Exam candidates cancelling or rescheduling within 48 business hours of the exam, will not be issued a refund. Those exam candidates will be responsible for paying for a new exam.
Exam candidates will not be issued a refund for missed exams.
