This 100 multiple choice computer based exam tests basic skills and knowledge of a nurse aide seeking employment in a long-term care facility. This exam has a 2-hour limit. To register for this exam you must know your social security number. You must have and show a photo ID prior to your exam.

Please read:  This is for the Iowa Falls Nurse Aide Class as well as others. Please contact us to schedule at 641-752-4645. Registration closes by 4pm 2 days prior to start date. • Exam candidates cancelling or rescheduling 48 hours prior to the exam, will be charged a fee. • Exam candidates cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of the exam, will not be issued a refund. Those exam candidates will be responsible for paying for the new exam. • Exam candidates will not be issued a refund for missed exams.
