This Trauma Informed Foundational Learning Course provides educators, support professionals, and helping adults with a practical understanding of trauma, stress, and regulation. Participants will explore how toxic stress impacts the brain and body, learn strategies to sustain their own well-being, and develop skills to support others during moments of stress and crisis.
