« back to classes page
Accountability in the work place is key for any organization to thrive.  Join us for this session to learn new tools and techniques to create a culture where people feel able to admit to mistakes and appropriate words to say and actions to take when those mistakes happen. This session will also focus on examining best practices for setting individual, team, and company goals and how to connect them to a wider plan.  Participants will leave this session with skills they can immediately apply at work to raise accountability for increased performance, better customer service, and improved daily interactions.
