Decisions, decisions, decisions. Avoiding critical thinking errors and making good judgments and decisions is vital for the success of any business.  Leaders must consider the effects their decisions have on all parties involved in order to help their company to thrive and grow.  This customized course aims to help participants recognize and avoid critical thinking errors as well as build skills in judgement and decision-making by reviewing the models and methods that increase our ability to make better decisions, how to respond in a crisis when decisions don't go well, and how we can mobilize and align all team members.
